The New School bespoke silk scarf, tie and Saxony scarf

A geometric collection for The New School, inspired by the angular windows of its building in Manhattan.

The New School navy geometric silk scarf with a red edge and a blue woven tie
The New School silk scarf and tie.

A silk scarf from the building's windows

The geometric pattern on this silk scarf takes its cue from the diagonal angles of the windows in The New School's urban Manhattan building. Tones of grey, with the black and red of the School's palette, give the design its depth.

A tonal woven tie

The tie pattern is a small geometric motif taken from the scarf, woven in tonal colors.

An asymmetric Saxony wool scarf

The Saxony wool scarf is both traditional and contemporary, with The New School embroidered in one corner. The wool is woven on the same looms that make the scarlet cloth for the Guards' uniforms at Buckingham Palace.

How we work

Every Harris Made commission follows the same 3 steps: a conversation with Emma, our designer and co-founder, about what makes your institution special; samples for your approval before production; and a final inspection by Emma before each gift is wrapped in a client-branded presentation box.
